Welcome to Riverview Dumpster Rentals. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our dumpster rental services and website. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riverview Dumpster Rentals for the rental of dumpsters. All rentals are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Rental Period and Fees
The agreed-upon rental period and associated fees will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the rental period, overweight loads, or prohibited materials.
Prohibited Materials
Certain materials, including but not limited to hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, and electronics, are strictly prohibited. Disposal of such items will result in significant additional fees and potential legal liabilities.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the safe placement and loading of the dumpster. Ensure the area around the dumpster is clear, and do not overload the container beyond its marked fill line. Proper usage prevents damage and ensures timely pickups.
Delivery and Pickup
Riverview Dumpster Rentals will deliver and pick up the dumpster at the scheduled times. We require clear access to the delivery and pickup location. Any delays or difficulties caused by site conditions are the customer's responsibility.
Site Preparation
Customers must ensure the delivery site can support the weight of the dumpster and truck. We are not liable for any damage to driveways, pavement, or landscaping caused by the placement or removal of the dumpster.
Overweight Loads
Dumpsters exceeding weight limits will incur substantial fees, as determined by the landfill or transfer station. We provide weight guidelines for each dumpster size to help prevent overweight charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific details regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riverview Dumpster Rentals from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the rented dumpster.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Riverview Dumpster Rentals operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modification of Terms
Riverview Dumpster Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
